You have two choices.
1) State Child Care Assistance
New Hampshire helps pay for the cost of child care for qualifying families. To find out more and apply, please visit this site. After applying you'll receive a letter in the mail from the State of NH listing your child(ren)'s eligibility dates with the Club. If you don't receive this letter within 30 days, you're not eligible or linked to the Club.
In the meantime, you're welcome to enroll, but must pay the full rate (less any Club scholarship you're eligible to receive-- see below). This will be credited to your account for future payments once confirmation from the State is received.
2) Club Assistance
You'll find income-eligible thresholds in the downloadable application.
If you wish to request assistance, please fill out either the online or paper application and bring financial documentation to your site director or to financial staff at Bradley Street. Documentation may include three most recent pay stubs, Social Security benefits, food stamps explanation of benefits, etc. or applicable paperwork for State of NH childcare scholarship
Online registrants will be charged the full fee until proof of income or State enrollment is confirmed.
HOW TO REGISTER
Starting this summer, you'll register for summer camp and the upcoming after school program at the same time.
A $40 annual registration fee will cover both programs.
If the after school program you wish to attend is different from the summer camp you're enrolling in, you can write in the name of the after school program in the after school part of the application.
Only need summer camp OR the after school program? Just fill out the relevant part of the application.
You can apply in paper or online.
To process your registration, we'll need to have:
Registration form with final tuition cost agreement determined (if you've applied online and would like financial assistance, don't forget to bring in your financial documents to determine final tuition cost; you'll be charged the full rate until then.)
Completed credit card authorization form.
For new members: Child Health Form a.k.a. "School/Camp Participation Form" signed by your child's doctor (the doctor's office will have this form) and immunization records. If your child has a life-threatening food allergy, we require a special dietary needs form that you can get from your after-school director, center director or a teacher.
Registration fee of $40.00 per child per year.

Weekly fees are not prorated. The After School Program charges only for the weeks your child attends.
A formal cancellation is not required. (Sites with daily rate contracts may have a different policy for daily rate members.) Summer camp charges regardless of attendance and a cancellation policy applies as described in application.
The Club accepts credit or debit cards; we do not accept cash or checks unless families can show that obtaining a credit card is an undue hardship.
The After School Program withdraws funds the Wednesday following the week your child attends.
Summer Camp withdraws funds the same Wednesday your child is signed up to attend that week. Your child may not attend if your account becomes delinquent.
